Cotswold Guardians offers three types of guardian service, the Bronze Package, the Platinum Package and the On Call Package.

Arrange introductory meeting between family and host family.

Be in direct contact by email/phone/fax with parents and school.

Arrange accommodation with host family, to include pastoral care, laundry, meals. All other costs to be met by student.

Organise transport to and from guardians if required.
Fees per term:

non-refundable registration fee of £200.

agency fees per term of £280 (over 16yrs only)

deposit for your child's needs of £1000
All fees are to be made payable to Cotswold Guardians in GBP sterling in advance or on receipt of an invoice. Cotswold Guardians take no responsibility for any student or will make any arrangements with a guardian or host family until payment has been made. All bank charges incurred will be covered by the parents. The balance of the deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract.
The deposit will be used to cover the student's expenses in the UK to include accommodation and travel. Any other expenses such as emergency shopping, school uniform or holiday courses will be invoiced separately. back

We have started this service in response to a growing demand by international families of mainly sixth form students, whose children need to be registered with a guardian agency to meet British Boarding standards, but who do not need the full services or expense of a Guardian Agency.
Guardians On Call will provide emergency cover if something goes wrong, such as illness at the school, when the services of a guardian are needed urgently, along with possible temporary accommodation with a host family. The registration fee for this service is £50.
